Return & Refund Policy

At thePAWfectplace, operated by Barnacle Wash Inc., we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, saleable condition.
  • It must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be present.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at info@thepawfectplace.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and the correct shipping address.

Damages & Defects

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers located in the European Union have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, and receive a full refund. The same condition requirements apply (unused, in original packaging).

Refunds Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
