The zip on this dog bed doesn't stay up for more than a few seconds, and the button latch pops open on it's own - even when no dogs are in there. This means that the front (which is already very flimsy and won't stop a dog from falling off) is open on one side and makes it very unsafe. I don't feel comfortable with my dogs travelling in this, even when they are wearing seatbelt harnesses.
Very, very bad service, 2 large stains (not removable) in a new item.
Absolutely unacceptable.
Don't buy as customer service very very poor.
I loved the product, but the delivery time of over a month doesn't appeal to me, which is why I won't give it 5 stars.
It's not quite firm and feels soft. I guess I'll have to add more cotton. I bought it because it looked firm in the photo, but it's a bit disappointing. Still, it's usable. If you wait until it's on sale, you can buy it for around 50,000 won. Don't buy it right away; wait until it's on sale.
Good bed for dog, i totally recommend, quality is really good.
